The hotel is made up of 3 bedrooms in the Main House and 5 rooms in the converted Artist’s Studio. In the Main House, there are 3 bedrooms and a converted loft for children and in the Artist’s Studio there are 3 apartments and 2 studios.
All rooms at One Forty Eight contain a double or twin bed, depending on requirements, and all have an en-suite spacious bathroom. The master bedroom at the Main House offers a wonderful private veranda with a separate seating area.
Dining
The delicious food at One Forty Eight is served in three main areas – the main house deck area, the communal lounge area and in the gardens.
In the main house, the veranda provides an ‘inside outside’ feeling and is ideal for dining al fresco or enjoying the grounds. In the communal lounge area, the dining area is a contemporary bistro style. Lastly, guests can be served from the beautiful garden if the weather is suitable.
All meals are served off an a ’la carte menu that changes every day.
