What type of ground transportation is used on your tours? +
All our safaris in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda & Rwanda are carried out with 4*4 toyota Landcruisers, which are comfortable and luxurious. Airport Transfers may be done with coaches or mini van. -
Are airport transfers included? +
All our tour prices are inclusive of Airport pick while arriving as well as airport drop off while departing the country of destination. all Airport pick ups are supervised by our company representative who escorts you up to the hotel check in for overnight stays in the city. -
Can I join a tour late or leave it early? +
Its possible to join a tour after it has commenced but this may not actually mean a reduction of price tour. if this is absolutely necessary, any additional charges that may arise out of such arrangement will be born by the traveller. -
Can you provide me with a list of the hotels we will be staying at? +
All the hotels and/or lodges that you will be accommodated in will be provided on the itinerary or on the confirmation of tour itinerary before tour commencement. -
What are the age restrictions on your tours? +
We do not have age limits for our tours, but for safaris that may entail long distance travel may be not recommended for senior citizens, this information is however advised by our professional safari consultants while booking. -
How many people can join a tour? +
For personalised attention we group our wildlife & Nature safaris to 7 travellers per vehicle load in kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Africa to guarantee window seat. -
What vaccinations are recommended for this adventure? +
It's important that you receive the most accurate and up-to-date travel health information for the region you will be visiting. Can you help arrange my travel visas? +
Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination. Kenyan,Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda allow most tourists to acquire visas upon arrival, however due changing visa requirements its advisable to check with Embassies abroad representing this nations. however we advise while booking based on the nationality. -
What clothing should I pack for one of your adventures? +
We always recommend packing as light as possible however the specific requirements for your tour will vary depending on where and when you are traveling. Our itinerary will include a suggested packing list, weather conditions and but not limited to information on local currency. -
Do your tours include international airfare? +
Travelers arrive from all over the world to begin our tours and it is not possible to include international airfare in our prices. We would be happy to help you arrange flights. Just ask for an air quote when making your booking. -
